Our People
Tania Morgun is the founder and managing director of TM Fire. Her vision is to remain at the forefront of good engineering practice in the industry, seek cost-appropriate solutions to fire engineering, and deliver practical solutions. She endeavours to meet owners’ objectives and minimise complexity of design where possible.
Tania is a qualified Chartered fire engineer with a wealth of experience on a wide range of projects, large and small, across all market sectors. Her engineering knowledge is supplemented by a Masters in Fire Engineering from the University of Canterbury. With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, a deep insight into regulatory requirements, she can deliver fire engineering services based on Acceptable Solutions, Verification Method and Specific Engineering Design for innovative building designs that demand equally innovative fire engineering solutions.
